Ashley Benson is bringing pink makeup back

Many beauties abide by the rule of choosing to amp up their eyes or lips to make a statement, which is why Ashley Benson caught our attention by doing both - and using the same colour!
I don’t know about you, but pink has been stashed at the bottom of my make-up kit for a while and this look makes me want to pull it all out again.
The 25-year-old actress stepped out with her matchy-matchy make-up at the premiere of her new movie, Pixels. Her shimmery pink smokey eye is absolutely stunning and is only made better with her same-same-but-different mauve pink lip.
To be fair, her blonde locks and flawless, creamy skin are what makes these colours work so well, so if you’re similarly cool-toned, you’re in with a chance to recreate for yourself. Stick to a bit of bronzer or peach-coloured blush on your cheeks to make sure the look isn’t too OTT.

- Designer Brand Moisturising Lipstick in Perfect Pink
- Mode Mascara
- Almay Smart Shade Bronzer
- Benefit High Beam

I love the lipstick, but the eyeshadow would be hard to pull off without the right colouring.

I am fond of pink eye makeup & lips, though I don't usually wear together. Maybe I'll give it a go now

I love her "pink" look :). I have a mauve pink jumper and a beautiful pink coat that I wear during Winter. This makeup look with go perfectly with this and at my age, I'm not afraid to experiment with it either !!! LOL !!!

I do pink eyeshadow a lot, it makes my blue/grey eyes look greener. The only time I've got to be careful is if I'm getting over a migraine: the pink plays up any redness to my eyes.

Pink can be a little tricky for my skin tone to pull off, so it's worth trying, but may not work out quite as well on me!

I never leave pink as in lipstick and blush, different shades of pink but rarely feel comfortable in any other colour. I love the way she's put it all together.

I believe Almay is still available in New Zealand. Long way to go for makeup, unless it's available online, which I have no idea of.

The shade of pink that she's chosen is perfect for her skin tone and is tasteful. Not sure if it would work with my olive complexion.

Maybe it's my smartphone but the colour she has on looks plum to me. Either way she looks fierce and I wouldn't might rocking this look myself.
