2019 Xmas in July has (nearly) wrapped up! A big thanks to BH and the generosity of the participating brands!
As the old saying goes "Hindsight is always 20/20"
Looking back now on the daily prizes, are any of you kicking yourselves for not having entered something?
No, I logged in faithfully everyday and checked. I only entered about half of them, I skipped a lot because I could'nt or would'nt use them.
I was just teling my hubby it's finished and he asked if I though I had a good chance of winning something, and I said no, - it just feels like it because their are so many prizes up for grabs. !
I checked in everyday as well. I am a night owl, so I would end up checking in when it hit midnight to see the new prize LOL
I know what you mean by feeling like you don't have a good chance of winning, I feel that way too. I am unsure about the whole 'multiple entry' thing as well.
But, I just stuck with one entry on the four days I ended up entering. So yeah, I definitely feel like my chances are a bit on the slim side hahahaha
Good luck for tomorrow! x
I missed day 1. I entered most but not ones that I will not use. There are a lot of good prizes to share around. Good luck everyone!
There was a -great- bunch of different goodie hauls! And there were some that were so massive (Garnier) that they were definite share packs.
Good luck! x
I entered most of them with the exception of about 4-7 i think, ones I would not use/not suited to. Good luck ladies, we will all find out who the very lucky ladies are very soon! =)
Good to hear that you have no regretted misses :)
It's lovely to see many not entering things that would not be their type of thing and letting other have a go! Good karma!
Thank you and Good Luck to you too! x
I ended up entering maybe half of them?
There were a couple in particular that I ummed and ahhed about but ultimately didn't enter as I knew a lot wouldn't get used. Was a bit sad for the parts of the prize that I WOULD have used though but oh well.
Hoping to see lots of winners posting on the forums!
Yeah, there were a few of those (esp. the L'Oreal one) where I would have used a fraction of the prize, I would have LOVED that fraction, but just seemed unfair to enter it and not want the whole pack.
They did a pretty good mix, something for everyone.
(Although I secretly wish they had a DB pack :D
That's one of the few good things about having a teenage daughter - you can share all the products you don't want or need :)
She would definitely be helpful in hoovering up the goodies!
And what Mum ends up not liking you can gleefully 'gift' to her
"Look at what Mum bought you, just for you. I saw it and I thought you'd love it" pffffhahahah
yeah I might wrap some of it up for Xmas gift if I win. we're halfway through the year now anyway. Are'nt I a great mum!
You are a Mum who thinks ahead! And you are also a Mum with enviable impulse control :)
And you are a very unselfish Mum who thinks of others. x
I missed a few because I was overseas and totally forgot but most the ones I really wanted I entered! Fingers crossed for one of them!
Hope your trip was great! Welcome back :)
Good to hear that you got to the ones that you really wanted!
Thanks TinDrum holiday was fantastic! Sucks to come back as always they are never long enough! haha
I only entered the one day and no regrets about that either!
VIBRATING FACE HOCKEY PUCK!!!!!!
No Vibrating face hockey puck for either of us :/
There’ll be something around the corner...
Oh... have you heard?
NEW BLACK ADDER!!!
OMFG!!!! I had no clue!!!
woooooooooooooooooooot! HAHAHA As a uni professor hahahaha
Ok that is going to be great! Thanks for letting me know, also, I am going to take it as a compliment that you assumed that I would go bonkers over new Blackadder!!!
And I extend my compliments to you of course for loving the Blackadder and for picking me as someone who does too teeeheeeheeee
Hope today treated you gracefully dahlink! x
I entered as many as I thought I might use but left off the ones I would never use. I look forward to seeing just who won what. Good luck everyone.
The mix of goodies was great in that way as well: there was a diverse mix of things, so that people would sit certain things out and let others have a chance. They did a great job mixing it up.
I hope there's plenty of forum winners, wishing everyone the best of luck xx
Thank you and good luck to you too!
yayyyyyyy Tomorrow we all find out!
