We have BH members having babies and we love sharing in the joy they bring so a specific thread seems like a good idea.
Babies touch the world with love. Welcome to the World, little ones, it's been waiting for you.**
Congratulations to all our new Mums. Congratulations especially to Ellyloves, our newest Mum, as far as I know.
Threads can move so quickly that something special can be missed, hence the reason I felt a special "Baby Thread" was needed.
A new baby is like the beginning of all things - wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities.
Welcome to the World, Ellyloves' little one and any other new or newish bubs. Congratulations!!!
Congrats to Ellyloves :)
Wonderful idea Trish !
Maybe we will see some lovely pics too.
Such a fantastic idea, Trish.
Again, congratulations Ellyloves on the safe delivery of your baby boy.
Such a great idea!!
Congratulations to all the new Mummas!!!
Great new thread, Trish! I'm following!
Congratulations (again), Ellyloves & all the new mums!
Congratulations to all the new mum's. Special congrats to Ellyloves.
Awww thank you ladies!!
I have so much time when I am feeding now that I am browsing the BH website.
I have learnt so much in the last week.
Firstly my I hadn’t finished work yet. Work wanted me to work until I was 38 weeks so I still had presentations and meetings in the last week.
Last Tuesday, around 3pm I felt mild period pain and I started timing them but they weren’t painful so I kept working. But around 4.40pm I thought as much as they are bearable they are getting stronger and I should head home since I work in the city and the train ride is around 45 mins.
I called my hubby and he said I am in a meeting, is it urgent and I said nope. But sent him the contractions that I had timed so he rang me back and said he will take the train with me home.
My water broke whilst we were walking home!! I started crying because I thought I had peed my pants and I was so embarrassed!!!
We got to the hospital at 7pm after we pumped petrol at Shell.
The hospital wouldn’t let me eat dinner so my mum had brought me some clear Chinese soup for me to drink.
And I gave into a morphine shot at 1am. But I was starving the whole night and the pain got really bad but I wanted to go without pain relief.
Then at 6am they said I was dehydrated and needed an IV drip along with synthetic OxyContin because my contractions needed to be stronger because baby was so close to being born and they didn’t want it to go for too long.
I miss the days when T was a newborn
Enjoy the newborn days, savour the quiet times because when they turn into toddlers there's no such thing haha.
Ps make sure you look after yourself too xx
Aw thank you!!
Just found this thread so once again congratulations Ellyloves - fantastic news to hear your little one is now here.
Thank you so much!
Huge congrats on the birth of your bub, Elly xx
Congrats new mums :)
Congrats Elly and make sure you look after yrself as well as the bub :)
Yes I’m trying to remember to look after myself.
I saw a Bonds post about entering my baby into their baby search.
If it’s not too much trouble, would you mind voting for him?
I was lucky to capture a smile!
I’m so grateful for him and I admire all of the mothers out there!
This is definitely hard work!
My vote is in, Ellyloves. Benjamin is certainly a little cutie.
Thank you kindly! Congratulations on getting platinum status by the way, it’s an amazing achievement.
Voted Elly :) best of luck!
Thank you SJ!
Awww so cute. Love seeing baby pics. Went and voted. I always vote in the baby bond pics.
Thank you Jatz!
Babies are always so adorable!
Ellyloves, I've just voted for your very beautiful Benjamin, confirmed, here's hoping he wins!
This gradual smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling silly smooth and hydrated. It absorbs into the skin really well and gives me a really natural looking tan.
I received this as part of the Oct discovery bag (thanks BH!) and was keen to try out this Australian cruelty-free brand.
I received this product as part of a trial team. This is my first trial so its ironic that it would be food.
