I've been loving Nivea Sun sunscreen throughout summer, and I've noticed that a lot of you have come to beautyheaven raving about it too! ... what exactly is it that you love about it?
I love that it isnt sticky and heavy like normal sunscreens !
It feels more like a moisturisers (my skin soaks it) than it sitting on my skin and feeling heavy!
I've used the spray on one, and it absorbs really well and is not too greasy. I've always used the nivea kids one on my toddler too. I love that Nivea is not too expensive, so you can apply heaps, and regularly, and not worry about using sparingly to make it last.
I really dislike the feeling of anything on my skin, So greasy is OUT!!
I have frecked skin and wear sunscreen 365 days a year. I have found the Spray version quick and easy to use and it is absorbed quickly and doesnt leave a greasy film on my skin like most other sunscreens!
NiveaSun sunscreen is great for all types of skin..As I have oily skin this is best for my skin and doesnt cost too much So try it editor
Oh yes, it's ok with all skin types and there are a couple of varieties you can buy. Easy to use, non greasy and easily absorbed. It feels so different from other sunscreens. It's not too shiny either.
I'm a sunscreen addict no matter what the product. I have tried Nivea Sun sunscreen among several other products. I like a sunscreen which is light, absorbs well, is water resistent, non irritating and has a high SPF factor.
i have fair skin and use sunscreen every day, but i am loveing the spray on sunscreen becasue i can reach places i might normally miss, so if i am wearing a singlet top i can spray my shoulders and the backs of my arms really easily and not have to worry about surprise burnt patches
Its good value for money - so you won't skimp on slathering it on, pleasant fragrance, light,
absorbs easly, high SPF, water resistant, added vitamin E, convenient flip top lid.
I wish I was a sunscreen addict! The thing is, I rarely put on sunscreen - I either forget to, or I don't have a good every day one on me...
Can I assume that Nivea Sun is a good everyday sunscreen? Does it smell? Greasy?
I really need to start wearing one regularly. :S
Oh Billywig, you MUST wear sunscreen EVERY day! It's really pointless using any anti ageing skincare products if you don't protect your skin with sunscreen! It's the best anti ageing cream ever! Most ageing is caused by sun damage, and i am really paranoid about skin cancer... those ads on right now really freak me out. I use Nivea suncsreen on my body, but haven't tried their face one - had anyone tried it? I need something that is really light on my face as i wear foundation most days, and if i use the Nivea body one on my face it slides off.
I tried the Nivea 30+ age defence face sunscreen but can't say I liked it? Maybe it's too heavy for my skin as I'm early 20s, but it made me break out coz it was that heavy! I don't know about anyone else, but I hate it how it's so hard to just find basic 15+ sunscreen - I have problems with the amount of chemicals in the higher SPF sunscreens, as my skin often reacts to them...and I don't see the point in wearing more chemicals for minimal extra coverage, but that's just me! But that is the only nivea face one I've seen I'm not sure if there's others? I'd like to find a good 15+ face sunscreen if anyone has any suggestions?
It feels light and non-greasy, whilst providing good protection for a few hours.
I use the moisturising one for the body and love it. It's not oily, and means that I don't have to use two products. It's easy to use, and cheap.
Well, I've done it.
I've bought myself a sunscreen that I can wear everyday. =D (Hamilton Daily Face)
It is a little bit heavy, but it'll do for now, and I'll just keep playing around with different brands until I find one that suits me
I've been using a Nutrimetics sunscreen, and it's 30+ SPF, which is great, but it's FAR too greasy for the face (even though it's made for the face) and I exercise quite a bit, and it seems to slide straight off when I get a bit sweaty (and then it tends to seep into my eyes, which stings like crazy), which is no good. A decent sunscreen needs staying power, but also needs to be fairly matte, AND one that doesn't sting the eyes would also be fab - especially if it's made for the face! I am also now leaning towards a tinted sunscreen or a foundation/sunscreen combo - anything that minimises the amount of things I put on my face (and thus saves time) is also a great thing!
Do you miss Summer when your lips are chapped from cold winds and winters blustery conditions?
I swear by this product 100%! While at my cousins house, I left my nappy bag in the car and had to change my son so she offered me her products and nappies to use.
I received this as a present for Christmas and I was excited to try it! I love almond milk and I’d heard many good things about it! I was excited but so was my toddler who got ahold of it.
