I am currently using the red deep repair john freida conditioner and have tried a few others but I'm after some more recommendations!
What has worked for you??
I love and would recommend the John Frieda Intense After-Colour Conditioner if you colour your hair. I colour my hair every 3-4 weeks (grey regrowth!) and it really makes a difference when used after my colour and then once per week. Sometimes if my ends are dry I just add a little to the ends on top of my regular conditioner.
I got one from Schwarzkopf. I can't remember the exact name, I think it was just called Ultimate Repair or something like that. It's in a black tub and has a heap of product (250ml I think) and is only $9. It's very moisturising but the best part is that you only need to have it on for 1 minute. I always find the worst part about hair masks/deep conditioners is that they usually have to be on for 10 mins or so, so you waste heaps of water and time.
The few products that I have used claiming to be "deep repairing masks" all turn out to be conditioners that make my hair feel just a little bit softer... I'm interested to try a repairing mask that actually does what it says on the packaging!
I use the ogx coconut conditioner, it has protein in
It and it's absolutely amazing, never used anything better!
I use Schwarzkopf extra care BB 11 in 1 Hair Beautifier. I was using it on dry hair but used it last night on damp hair after washing it. You only have to use a small amount on the mid section and ends of your hair. Leaves your hair feeling smooth straight and frizz free.
Mine is part of a hair repair system by Pro Naturals. It certainly does what it says for my hair, I think the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and argan oil leave in treatment all work together as they all contain argan oil. My hair is dead straight and before using this System when I pressed the ends of my hair on to my finger it was like feeling the end of a matchstick . Started in December 2014, now the ends feel like my foundation brush, soft and smooth.
It depends on ur budget and your hair, what your after.
I recommend the redken extreme repair treatment for damaged hair. Its protein so super repairing. But won't be super hydrating.
I aware by nak 2 min masque for hydration. Sometimes the more expensive the better. And in all honesty you use them less so u need less long term.
Here's a link to the nak one
This conditioner is by far one of my favourite.
I like that this shampoo provides cleansing of my hair without too much foam when washing.
I love this product . The smell is amazing good for cleansing the skin of built up dirt.
