Hi Bella Boo - My friend took out a personal loan and her credit history is bad, from memory she got one from cash convertors as that was the only place she could find that was willing to give her one but the interest on the loan was sky high. I hope there are other places (with lower interest rates) that do it these days xoxo

it might be worth talking with a mortgage broker, most of them can also help with personal loans aswell. Just be careful that the interest rate doesn't end up being too high. It is becoming a lot harder to get a loan as well at the moment, banks are being really careful during the process.

It's really hard to get a loan with bad credit history ? you will need something to put up as collector ,house , very good car , share/stock , and a g/tee in case you don't make the payments , try your bank.It is very hard and it depends on your income ? with place like wizzard there interest is very high . good luck hope it help . i have one with my credit union but i'm class as high risk , if i got out of my c/union i would not be able to get one again . as my life has change from when i apply for mine . good luck .

I think that emergency money is very important. I constantly try to save it, save it, but it doesn't always work out, because I immediately put everything into building a house.
