Could you get ready using only 3 beauty products?
As women, we are often criticised for how long we take to get ready, but according to a new study by StumbleUpon, 67 per cent of woman aged 18 – 25 said they only use three products or less before leaving the house in the morning.
I’m sorry, but even just after a shower I’ve already managed to use body wash, toothpaste, moisturiser and deodorant. And that’s before I’ve even started thinking about my make-up and hair. While I’m all for proving the stereotype wrong, I think the women surveyed may have forgotten about a few of the essentials.
The study also revealed that the older women get, the more comfortable they seem to be in their skin, with 24 per cent of 21-year-olds saying they use eight to 12 beauty products in the morning, while 72 per cent of 25-year-olds said they only used a few, if any, cosmetics.
This one seems a bit more accurate, as the further we venture into our twenties the further we become from those teenage acne years and the many tubes of concealer. But still, only three beauty products, that’s just crazy!
How many products do you use to get ready in the morning? Could you get away with only using three?
