I had a few tech-free days earlier this year and it was really tricky!

This is fascinating and is going on my bucket list, the sooner I tick it off the better. I thought I was pretty good when it came to electronics but last week I had to go for one workday without my phone and felt like a different person (both good and bad, lol). It's easy to not notice how much we lean on digital stuff!

I'm not obsessed with my phone but I couldn't go digital free! I love catching up on my TV or playing a game on my tablet etc when I have some time I couldn't go without it I don't think!

I am not too bad when it comes to staying off social media / emails and the like but for some a retreat may be needed.

I'm relaxed just looking at the photos. Badly due for some R &R.

I don't feel I need a digital detox because I make a conscious effort to not be a slave to the devices in my day to day. Walking through a shopping centre is enough reminder to me to put my phone down. The number of times I've had to shout, "LOOK UP!", to people about to walk into others because they've got heir face stuck in the phone is all the motivation I need to keep the devices at home. It's shocking what society has become. Smart phones, dumb people.

This is on my bucket list to do a retreat. I’d love to go on a hiking/yoga retreat with a super healthy cuisine. Just me, no kids, no hubby! I have gone to the hot springs with a few friends minus the family and it was pure bliss!!

I've been on several health retreats and I love them but they are out of reach for me financially now. It is good to take a break from our devices but I'm happy to own that I don't want to be separated from them for any for longer than a few hours

Looks like quite a relaxing place!
I purposely digitally detox whilst on holidays - don't touch a computer at all, nor social media - and I come back feeling refreshed. Granted, I do cheat & sometimes use my phone for internet or Google Maps, but on a whole I'm not chained to a device & I'm enjoying my holiday. (Then again, I'm not chained to it in every day life anyway, so it makes things easier.)

I love camping, but I haven't been in a few years (gotta remedy that!).
I refuse to have a mobile phone, because I don't want anyone bothering me when I'm out. I think I maintain a good balance. I'm 52, so I've spent my life reading books.

I've never been on a health retreat but I wouldn't mind doing so. I don't know how many days I could endure a digital detox - 3, or maybe 4, but I don't know that I could withstand a week. How would I know what was happening at bh?
